In accordance with RICE policy, all groups must provide complete details about their event, including its purpose and any notable attendees—such as business leaders, dignitaries, or government officials—scheduled to participate. To maintain the integrity of the Center, all speakers must be disclosed in advance. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in the inability to reserve space.
