Under RICE policy, it's imperative for groups to furnish comprehensive information regarding their event, events purpose, and notable attendees, including but not limited to Business Experts, Dignitaries, or Government Officials scheduled to participate in your event. It is incumbent upon us to uphold the integrity of the center, necessitating the disclosure and approval of all speakers. Failure to adhere to this requirement will result in the inability to reserve the space.
